CINNAMON WALDORF SALAD 
2/3 c. red cinnamon candies
1 c. water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1 1/2 c. applesauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. chopped celery

Boil candies in water until dissolved, Remove from heat; stir in gelatin until dissolved. Add applesauce; cool and place half of mixture in lightly oiled pan or gelatin mold. Chill until thickened.
