1 lg. box Rice Chex cereal
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter

Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and stick of butter. Pour cereal in a large bowl. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal. Mix to coat cereal thoroughly. Mix will look horrible. Don't panic. Pour box of powdered sugar in large plastic bag. Pour mixture into bag and tie; toss gently between hands until well coated. Very good!
