1 stick butter
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. smooth peanut butter
Lg. box Rice Chex cereal
1/2 lb. confectioners' sugar

Melt first 3 ingredients together. Blend until smooth. Pour Rice Chex in large bowl. Pour chocolate mixture over Rice Chex. Gently fold mixture over until all Chex are covered. Put confectioners' sugar in large storage bag. Pour Chex mixture in bag a little at a time. Shake until coated with sugar.
