WILD BLACKBERRY JAM 
1 qt. blackberries
1 slim line box pectin
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. liquid sweetener (or more to taste)

To a jar of fresh peaches add 1/2 cup apple juice (not frozen) and process as you would with sugar. Add water to fill jar if apple juice does not cover peaches. Always have ripe fruit.

Put berries in food processor and crush. Add pectin, fruit and lemon juice in pan and bring to rolling boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add liquid sweetener and taste to see if you need more sweetener. Put in jars and seal in 1/2 pint jars for 5 minutes. Cool and store. Yield is 6 1/2 pint jars or 3 pints.
