COATING FOR LEG OF LAMB 
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. vinegar

Mix all ingredients and spread over the lamb. Cook lamb at 500 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn lamb over and bake at 400 degrees for another 15 minutes.

Then finish reducing heat to 300 degrees and bake for 2 1/2 hours.
