FRUIT SALAD 
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. sugar
Dash of salt
2 tbsp. Heinz apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp. Dole pineapple syrup
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. Dole mandarin oranges
1 c. heavy cream (then whip)
2 c. seedless white grapes, cut in half
2 c. quartered marshmallows (do not use mini marshmallows)
2 c. Dole pineapple bits
3 c. walnuts if desired

Cook egg yolks, sugar, salt, vinegar, pineapple syrup and butter in double boiler until thick in medium heat, about 5 minutes. Keep stirring, cool.

Fold in whipped cream, grapes, marshmallows, pineapple and mandarin oranges. Chill 24 hours, then decorate top with sections of maraschino cherries, if desired. Can be served on a trifle.
