SAUSAGE TURNOVERS 
2 eggs
Dash of pepper
5 oz. can vienna sausage
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can buttermilk biscuits

Slice vienna sausages thin. Beat eggs; set aside 2 tablespoons. Combine cheese, sausages and remaining eggs and pepper. Roll out each biscuit to about 5 inch rounds. Place 5 on baking sheet. Spoon about 1/3 of the mixture on each round. Top with remaining 5 rounds. Seal edges with fork and brush with reserved egg. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until browned.
