HOMINY SALAD 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can white hominy
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. pickle relish, drained
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery seeds
1 c. cheese, cubed or grated
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Rinse hominy and drain well. Combine with remaining ingredients and chill well. Serve on lettuce garnished with tomato wedges and more mayonnaise if desired.

To make main dish, add 1 (6 ounce) can tuna fish, drained or 1 cup ham, diced or 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped.
