1 lb. ground beef
2 green (bell) peppers
2 lg. onions
Mustard
4 med. potatoes
Salt & pepper to taste

Place mustard on four squares of foil paper. Place four patties of ground beef on mustard. Slice potatoes, onions and peppers on top of ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. Seal foil around ingredients. Place on cookie sheet and cook at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
