SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
6 oz. spaghetti or vermicelli
2 tbsp. butter
1 lg. onion
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 c. half and half
Salt
2 oz. pimento
1/2 c. water chestnuts
1 tbsp. mustard
2/3 c. sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. cram meat or suitable substitute
2 hard boiled eggs (if you microwave, do not use eggs)

Cook spaghetti, saute onion, mix, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-35 minutes in glass casserole dish.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
