DEEP DISH TACO SQUARES 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. cold water
2 med. tomatoes, sliced thin
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 8 x 8 dish. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and cheese. Save. Mix Bisquick and water until soft dough forms. Put into baking dish, pressing dough 1/2 inch up sides. Layer beef, tomatoes and green peppers in pan (1 layer each). Spoon sour cream mixture on top. Bake 30 minutes. Sprinke with papricka.
