GREEK SALAD 
1 sm. green pepper
1 sm. can sliced black olives
1/2 sm. head cauliflower
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. plain low fat yogurt
1/2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Pepper

Mix green pepper, olives, cauliflower together. Combine garlic, yogurt, olive oil and lemon juice. Pour over vegetables and stir. Season with pepper and chill.
