EASY MEAT SOUP | |
1/2 lb. beef or lamb, diced 6 c. water 3 carrots, diced 2 potatoes, diced 1 lg. onion, chopped 1/2 c. cornmeal Salt & pepper 1. In a large saucepan cook the meat in the water until tender. 2. Add carrots, potatoes, onion and cornmeal; simmer until vegetables are tender. Add more water if desired. 3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serves 4-6. |
