4 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix 1 c. sugar 9 eggs 2 cans chicken broth 3 sticks butter 3 c. chopped celery 2 c. chopped onions 4 tbsp. sage 1 tbsp. Accent In microwave, melt butter with celery, onion and chicken broth. Cook on medium heat until tender. Mix cornbread according to directions, add sugar. Bake in oblong pan until dry, not burned. Add sage and Accent to broth mixture. Add cornbread to broth (crumbled). stir until moist. Add 6 eggs, mix. Add milk if moisture needed. Bake 350, 30-35 minutes. |
