1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 qt. milk
1 (30 oz.) can pumpkin pie mix
1 to 1 1/2 c. light rum (opt.)
Ground nutmeg

Beat ice cream in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in milk. Then pumpkin pie mix and rum. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
