2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 2 eggs 3/4 c. milk Combine flour and salt. Mix eggs and milk; stir into flour mixture. Place batter into course-sieved colander with 1/4 inch holes. Hold over kettle of boiling salted water. Press the batter through the colander with back of a wooden spoon or spatula. If dough is too thick, add a little milk. Cook for 5 minutes; drain. Keep warm. Use like noodles. |
