FRUIT DIP 
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. orange extract
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. milk

Blend yolks, sugar, orange extract, and lemon juice in blender until smooth and thick. Blend in cream cheese and milk. Chill at least 4 hours. Serve with any fresh fruit. A watermelon basket with cantaloupe, watermelon, honeydew, grapes, and strawberries always looks pretty and this dip just adds to the fresh fruit.
