SEAFOOD TRIO 
1 stick butter
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms & liquid
2/3 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen crab
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen lobster
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cooked shrimp
1 lb. pkg. sm. macaroni shells, cooked

Melt butter. Add onion, green pepper, drained mushrooms (reserve liquid). Cook about 5 minutes. Remove from fire. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in milk and mushroom liquid. Cook and stir until thickened. Add cheese, lemon juice, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until cheese is melted. Add seafood. Pour over hot macaroni.

Serves 4-6.
