DADDY'S HAM BALLS 
1 lb. cured ground ham
1 lb. fresh pork, ground
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. salt

SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 or 2 tsp. prepared mustard

Combine and mix well first 7 ingredients. Form into balls size of golf balls and chill 1 hour. Place ham balls in baking dish.

Combine ingredients for sauce and heat through. Pour over ham balls, cover and bake. To brown, uncover for last hour.
