QUICHE LORRAINE 
4 slices bacon (fried & crumbled)
1 sm. onion (chopped & sauteed)
8 slices boiled ham (chopped)
1 c. mild Cheddar cheese (shredded)
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cream (half & half)
Nutmeg (sprinkle on top)
1 deep dish pie shell (Ritz)
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Fry bacon crisp and set aside. Mix salt, flour and mustard together. Mix with all other ingredients and pour into pie shell and sprinkle nutmeg over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (Check at 50 minutes as ovens temperature vary.)
