PUDDING CAKE OR FAT GIRL'S
DELIGHT
 
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 c. chopped pecans, fine
1 c. flour
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. Cool Whip
2 pkgs. instant pudding (reg. size)
3 c. milk
Need large container of Cool Whip

Mix well and pat into 9 x 13 pan butter, pecans and flour. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool.

Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust.

Beat together instant pudding and milk together with mixer spread over second layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate. Yum Yum.
