1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. crunchy peanut butter
3 c. rolled oats

Melt butter; add milk, cocoa and sugar. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and oats; mix well. Drop from spoon onto waxed paper.
