POTATO AND EGG SALAD 
3 eggs, hard boiled
2 med. sized potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
French dressing

Cook eggs, remove shells, chop fine, using a silver knife to prevent the eggs from becoming discolored. Cook potatoes, dice while hot and mix with the eggs. Add dressing and season with salt and pepper.
