GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 c. French green beans, drain
1 c. shoepeg corn, drained
1 c. water chestnuts
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. cream of celery soup
3 or 4 slices bacon, fried
1 Ritz cracker (sleeve)
1 stick butter

Use 13 x 9 inch casserole dish. Layer: green beans, corn, onions, chestnuts. Mix soup and sour cream together. Then layer on top of chestnuts, layer cheese, layer bacon. Melt butter in pan. Crumble crackers in butter. Sprinkle on the top layer. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes or until it bubbles.
