GLAZED BEETS 
2 tsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
Few drops Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
3 med. beets, cooked & skinned, sliced (1 cup mounded)

In saucepan, melt butter. Mix in salt, pepper, sugar and dry mustard. Mash lumps of mustard with spatula, if necessary. Add Worcestershire sauce and vinegar, add beets. Toss to coat. Cook on low heat until heated thru.
