TAFFY APPLE SALAD 
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 raw egg
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
4 c. chopped apples, peeled and unpeeled
8 oz. carton Cool Whip
1 c. dry roasted peanuts

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Add apples. Blend in Cool Whip and refrigerate. Just before serving, add peanuts.
