VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
3 tbsp. butter
3 c. rice square cereal
1 can cream of celery soup
2/3 c. sour cream
1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. ground thyme
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (16 or 20 oz.) frozen vegetables (combination broccoli, cauliflower and
carrots)

Melt butter, crush cereal and add to butter, set aside. Combine soup, sour cream, cheese, salt, onion powder, thyme and pepper, mix thoroughly. Fold in vegetables. Pour into buttered shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle cereal mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Good with pork chops. Serves 6.
