SPRING RHUBARB DESSERT 
5 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 white cake mix (or yellow)

Grease a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. In a large bowl, lightly toss rhubarb, sugar, Jello and marshmallows; spread in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Next mix a regular white or yellow cake mix as directed. Pour cake batter over the fruit mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. This is a family favorite from my Mom's Cookbook.
