CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
3 zucchini, about 6 inches long
1/2 to 1 c. chocolate chips

Cream sugars, butter and oil in a large bowl. Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk, stir well to mix. Measure flour, allspice, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and cocoa into a sifter, then sift into the rest of ingredients. Grate zucchini into batter, and stir until blended. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
