CREAMY CHICKEN 
Lean cream of chicken soup
Swiss cheese
1-1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs (crushed croutons work)
4-6 boned, skinned chicken breasts (or 6-8 boned, skinned thighs)
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. water

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken meat in baking dish (single layer). Place a slice of Swiss cheese over each piece of chicken. Mix soup and 1/4 cup of water, then pour over chicken and cheese. Cover mixture with bread crumbs, drizzle with melted butter. Bake 1 1/2 hours. Serve with rice - the sauce is a great topping for rice!
