1 sm. box strawberry Jello
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. water
2 c. fresh strawberries
2 baked pie shells
Whipped cream
Red food coloring

Combine all ingredients except strawberries and whipped cream. Cook until thick (lumpy when dropped from spoon). Add red coloring and let cool. Place strawberries on pie crust and pour Jello mixture over it. Chill and serve with whipped cream. Makes 2 pies.
