RASPBERRY SORBET | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. orange juice 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. Grand Marnier or other orange-flavored liqueur Use cutting blade in food processor and add all ingredients. (If using blender, puree in small amounts.) Puree mixture, then pour into metal ice cube tray or shallow baking pan. Place in freezer until partially frozen, then puree again and re-freeze. About 1/2 hour before serving, move tray to refrigerator to make serving easier. Use as light dessert or palate refresher. |
