COUNTRY BREAKFAST PIE 
1 lb. sausage
9 inch pie shell from scratch
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. red bell pepper (or pimento)
1/4 c. chopped onions
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. light cream

Cook sausage until done, crumble, then drain. Mix cheese and sausage. Sprinkle in pie shell. Lightly beat eggs in bowl.

Combine remaining ingredients and add eggs to mixture. Pour in shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool. Yields 6 to 8 servings. Great served with fresh fruit. Freezes well. You'll love it!
