BEEF STEW FOR ME AND YOU 
1 1/2 lb. cut up stew meat
6 carrots
6 potatoes
1 onion
2 cans Campbell cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste
Bisquick

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Take out upper rack. In large pot, mix 2 cans soup, onion (cut up), salt and pepper and meat. Cook in oven with cover off for 1 hour. Add cut up carrots, potatoes peeled and cut in fours. Cook with cover on pot in oven for 2 1/2 hours (until meat is tender).

This recipe can be cooked in the morning or night before serving. Twenty minutes before serving, use bisquick box recipe for Great Dumplings. Cook dumplings in stew on range top.

Serves 5-6 persons.
