VEGETABLE PIZZA 
1 Martha White pizza crust mix
1 pkg. Ranch dip mix
2 c. chopped fresh broccoli
2 c. chopped fresh cauliflower
1 grated carrot
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Prepare pizza crust as directed and bake, prepare ranch dip as directed, let crust cool (cut it as you would a pizza). Spread dip on cooled crust. Layer remaining ingredients on top with cheeses. Serve cold.

Good as snack, appetizer, or quick meal.
