CREPE SUZETTES 
2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. sugar

Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla together. Add flour and milk. May need a little more milk, so not to be thick. Pour the batter in a hot pan, do not pour to much in pan. The crepe needs to be thin. Cook crepe on both sides so it is golden brown. Fill with jelly or cottage cheese filling and roll up.

COTTAGE CHEESE FILLING:

1 box cottage cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and fill crepe. Melting a small amount of shortening in skillet when cooking crepe will help prevent sticking.
