2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 stick butter

Mix all together. Press onto cookie sheet, 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle on topping:

Cinnamon
Chocolate bits
Sugar
Colored sugar
Nuts

Bake at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes. Cut into squares immediately after removing from oven.
