HEAVENLY HASH CAKE 
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecans
1 bag miniature marshmallows

Grease and flour large baking pan. Melt 2 sticks butter. Beat 4 eggs well. Add melted butter and beat again.

Sift together 2 cups sugar, 5 tablespoons cocoa and 1 1/2 cups self- rising flour. Add to batter. Add 2 teaspoons vanilla and 2 cups pecans. Mix and pour into greased and floured oblong pan or Pyrex baking dish. Batter will be very thick.

As soon as cake is baked, 300 degrees for 1 hour, put 1 bag of miniature marshmallows on top. Cover with icing.

ICING:

4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. butter
7+ tbsp. Pet milk

Mix well and spread on cooled cake.
