SHELL SALAD 
1/2 of 12 oz. pkg. white shells
1/4 c. diced carrots
1/4 c. diced green peppers
1/4 c. diced celery
1 sm. onion, cut fine
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. diced Spam (or cheese or ham)
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. French dressing

Follow directions for cooking shells. Blanch well with cold water. Blend mayonnaise with French dressing. Mix ingredients in order given. Serve on lettuce or other salad greens. Serves 4 to 5.
