CRANBERRY JELLO 
1 pkg. fresh cranberries
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
1/2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Cook 2 cups cranberries in 1/4 cup water. When berries start to pop, add 1 cup sugar. Cook until tender (4-5 minutes). Pour boiling mixture over Jello. Add celery, apples, and nuts. Chill.
