RAISIN CUPCAKES 
2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cold coffee
4 c. flour
1 box raisins
1 tsp. cloves, ground
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder

Cook raisins in enough water to cover. Set aside until rest of ingredients are well mixed. Fold in raisins. Fill cupcake papers 3/4 full and bake at 350 degrees. Bake until center springs back.
