HELEN'S BUSH OKRA 
1 c. oil
2 med. onions
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 lbs. okra, med. sized
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tomato
1/2 tsp. cumin

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Saute sliced onions, peppers, mushrooms and add garlic until golden brown. Slice okra and add to veggies in skillet while stirring constantly. Add cumin, black pepper, salt and 1/2 half of soy sauce; simmer. Add tomato, sliced when okra is fully cooked. Pour off excess oil. 6 servings.
