SWEET AND SOUR COLE SLAW 
1 1/2 lb. green cabbage, cut in 1/8 thick shreds
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. distilled white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. whipped cream
Salt and pepper

Place cabbage in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled. Mix sugar, vinegar, and salt in a small bowl. Add to cabbage and toss again. Add cream and toss again. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
