GOLDEN CHICKEN | |
2 lbs. chicken parts 2 tbsp. salad oil 1 can golden mushroom soup 1 c. sliced carrots 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg Brown chicken in oil in large skillet. Pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; cook over low heat 45 minutes or until chicken is done. Stir occasionally. Serves 4. |
