TIPS ON LOW FAT EXTRAS 
Croutons with Olive Oil Pam: Season with rosemary and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until brown.

Spray Olive Oil Pam in water for boiling pasta.

Pita Bread: Cut into quarters, spray with Olive Oil Pam. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Good Season Garlic and Herb Dressing or Honey Mustard:

3/4 c. wine vinegar
2 pkg. Equal sweetener (optional)
1/4 c. water

Mix above ingredients together. Serve with salad or anything you choose. Refrigerate leftover dressing.
