SOUR CREAM CORN BREAD 
1 c. self-rising corn meal
1 small can cream-style corn
3 eggs
1/2 small sour cream
little sugar and salt to taste

Mix corn meal and eggs; add corn and mix. Add sour cream, salt and sugar and mix. Put in greased casserole or bread pan and cook until done, approximately 20 to 25 minutes at 350°F.

Note: More sour cream can be added according to taste.
