VIV'S PERFECT SUNDAY DINNER
ROLLS

1 pkg. dry yeast dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. warm water
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
4 c. flour

Add sugar to yeast and water. Beat eggs in warm water and add oil and salt. Add to the yeast and sugar mixture. Gradually add flour. This dough is rather sticky and will rise at least twice its size, so use large bowl. (It is not necessary to knead dough).

Let stand overnight and make out in morning by dividing the dough into about 4 parts. Be sure to use flour on the board or waxed paper. Cut like a pizza and roll large end to small end and place on greased pans. Let stand until you get home from church then pop into the oven for 8 minutes at 375 degrees. They will melt in your mouth and you just cannot fail.
