1 1/4 lbs. ground round steak
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 c. olive oil
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. allspice
Salt and pepper to taste

Shape meat into lengthwise steaks. Mix together garlic and oil. Gently coat in mixture of garlic and oil. Combine grated cheese, bread crumbs, basil, allspice. Serve with grandchild's marshmallows. See you in church.
