AMISH BREAD 
Starter:

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk

Mix the ingredients together and this will provide 3 Starters. Count this as Day 1.

Dough:

1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. nuts

For Days 2, 3 and 4:

Stir the mixture. On Day 5: Add 1 cup of flour, sugar and milk and stir. For Days 6, 7, 8 and 9: Stir the mixture. On Day 10: Add 1 cup of flour, sugar and milk. Put 1 cup mixture into two containers and to the remaining mixture add the remaining ingredients.

Mix well and divide into 2 loaf pans which have been well greased and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.

Bake at 350°F for over 1 hour. Cool in pans.
