FANCY FLOUNDER ROLL-UPS 
2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
8 fillets of flounder (2 lb.)
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Divide broccoli spears on top of fillets; roll up and secure with toothpicks. Arrange in 2-quart shallow baking dish (12 x 8 x 2).

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over fish, stirring in liquid around the sides.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes more, until done. Arrange roll-ups on platter. Stir sauce and pour it over the roll-ups. Garnish with lemon to taste.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
